Rio ARC provides the following information to assist you in using local repeaters and nets. However, Rio ARC does not own or maintain any of the listed systems. For any questions or concerns, please contact their respective owners.

We have provided a .CSV file for you to download and import into CHIRP2 to program your radio. You are welcome to open the file and make any modifications as needed.

If the file opens in a spreadsheet or your browser, simply save it to a directory of your choice (be sure to remember the location). Then, open CHIRP2, navigate to File > Open, and select the downloaded file. CHIRP2 will import the .CSV file, allowing you to install it into any compatible radio.

This file includes the STARLINK repeaters, the RioLink repeaters, and national calling frequencies for 2m and 70cm along with two additional national calling frequencies one step up.

STARLINK

STARS Repeater System

All STARS repeaters use the 114.8 PL tone and all are linked on UHF.  STARS does not use Internet linking methods. Instead, all linking is done by RF, which provides far greater security during disasters. All repeaters have emergency backup power.  Map of all STARS Repeaters in the Rio Grand Valley.
