1. Prize:

The total retail prize value is 743.98 without tax.
2. Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
To enter you must be an FCC-licensed amateur radio operator or the legal guardian of a minor who is a FCC-licensed amateur radio operator.
This promotion is only valid within the United States.
3. Ticket Price:
Each lottery ticket costs $20.
Payment must be made in cash only.
4. Ticket Purchase:
Participants can purchase tickets before and on the day of the Rio ARC Hamfest.
There is no maximum limit to the number of tickets a single individual may purchase.

5. Total Number of Tickets:
The total number of tickets available for sale is limited to 50.
The odds of winning are based on the total sold. The worst odds are 1 in 50 chances of winning.
6. Draw Date and Time:
The lottery drawing will take place on 24 February, 2024 at or near 11:00 AM (central time) during the Rio ARC Hamfest.
The drawing will be conducted using a random and transparent method to ensure fairness.
The winner does not need to be present during the draw.
All purchasers are required to place their name, phone number, email, and callsign on the ticket.
7. Winner Notification:
If the winner is not present during the drawing he/she will be notified via email and/or phone within 24 hours of the drawing.
8. Prize Claim:
To claim the prize, the winner must provide valid identification matching the information that is present on the ticket sold. The prize will be distributed upon confirmation of identification of the winner as written on the lottery ticket.
If the winner is not present, he/she will be responsible for collecting the prize at the agreed-upon location, date, and time when notified via phone or email. If the winner would like the prize shipped, they will be responsible for all costs.
9. Unclaimed Prizes:
- Prizes not claimed within 60 days will be considered forfeited.
10. Refunds:
- Ticket purchases are non-refundable.
11. Organizers' Discretion:
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations put forth above. The organizers' decisions on all matters related to the lottery are final and binding.
